  3. Maybe Cordell should consider working for a fish farm rather than a potato farm. I think we paid $10/lb on sale for it, which is why we've only had salmon once in our 5 years of marriage. It was grilled on a plank of alder wood and brushed with a hot BBQ sauce (Tiger Sauce). Maybe some salt and pepper.
